Molded Packer Element Slugs, Billets

Seals Eastern is able to mold slugs / billets for your lathe cut rubber packer element and other oilfield prototypes. Our billets are molded using Aflas^®,  Viton^®,  HNBR, Nitrile, EPDM, and other synthetic rubber for use in oilfield applications (See our standard compounds for a listing).

Mold cost can be prohibitive for a one time element or development prototype. To save money, precision molded billets can be used to lathe cut packer elements for completions, steam injections, and other downhole projects. Some of the available billet sizes are tabulated below.
