Seals Eastern manufactures precise tolerance rubber o-rings to your specification and recognized standards such as AS568, BS1806, and JIS. All of our o-rings meet quality standard ISO 3601-3 Grade-S or better.

We specialize in o-rings molded using high performance elastomers such as Aflas^®, Viton^®, HNBR, Perflas^® FFKM, Fluorosilicone, and other synthetic polymers. Select "RUBBER" from the menu bar to learn more about the materials we have available for you.

• Standard O-rings AS-568A, JIS, and BS standard o-rings in addition to any non-standard o-ring of specialty high performance rubber. We mold using individual insert cavities for the tightest tolerance on parting lines available. We specialize in o-rings for

  • chemical resistant applications,
  • high temperature applications.
• Custom Molded Orings - We are able to precision mold any o-ring to your specification, upto 32 inch ID.
• Spliced O-rings are made to your exact ID or OD requirements for all sizes. We precision mold the cord and vulcanize the joined cord so that the strength of the "joint" meets or exceeds the tensile strength of the cord itself. The molded cord is available in the following cross sections:
